So the envelope, please&#8230;<\/font><\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><a name=\"Art Ensemble of Chicago\"><strong>Art      Ensemble of Chicago <\/strong><\/a><br \/><em>&#8220;Coming Home Jamaica&#8221; <br \/><\/em><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"1\">Atlantic Records <br \/><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><br \/>      Recorded two years ago, &#8220;Coming Home Jamaica&#8221; is the Art Ensemble of Chicago&#8217;s      first studio album in six years. Lester Bowie, Roscoe Mitchell, Malachi Favors, and      Famoudou Don Moye invite you to be their guest of honor and treat you with invigorating      contemporary music. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><br \/><a name=\"James Carter\"><strong>James Carter <\/strong><\/a><br \/><em>&#8220;In Carterian Fashion&#8221; <br \/><\/em><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"1\">Atlantic Records <br \/><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><br \/>      I once saw Carter cuss out an unruly audience member with his tenor sax, and he is just as      entertaining and explosive on his new release. Douglas won the first annual New York Jazz Awards &#8220;Trumpeter&#8221; category and he      delivers with some of the best performances of his career. A must for all Kirk-ites. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jazzusa.com\/storypix\/lavajazz.gif\" width=\"146\" height=\"146\" alt=\"lavajazz.gif (11489 bytes)\" align=\"right\"\/><a name=\"The Lounge Art Ensemble\">The Lounge Art Ensemble <\/a><\/strong><br \/><em>&#8220;Lava Jazz&#8221; <\/em><br \/><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"1\">Fuzzy Music<\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"> <\/p>\n<p>      Drummer Peter Erskine, bassist Dave Carpenter, and saxophonist Bob Sheppard are about as      lounge as the &#8217;70s were hip. What they are is the West Coast&#8217;s most dynamic trio. For a great while now, the media has unfairly lambasted Osby      for his inclusion of hip-hop and rap elements into his music, but those detractors should      all be quieted by &#8220;Banned in New York&#8221;. Live in every sense of the word,      &#8220;Banned in New York&#8221; is Osby&#8217;s finest record to date. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jazzusa.com\/storypix\/ribot.jpg\" width=\"100\" height=\"135\" alt=\"ribot.jpg (3358 bytes)\" align=\"right\"\/><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><strong><a name=\"Marc Ribot\">Marc Ribot<\/a> <\/strong><br \/><em>&#8220;Marc Ribot Y Los Cubanos Postizos (The Prosthetic Cubans)&#8221; <\/em><br \/><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"1\">Atlantic Records <\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><\/p>\n<p>      Forget about an autopsy, there is a simpler test. Play this CD. If their feet aren&#8217;t      tapping, they&#8217;re dead. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font face=\"Verdana\" color=\"#0000FF\">&#8211; <a href=\"#ttop\">TOP<\/a> &#8211;<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><strong><a name=\"Vienna Art Orchestra\">Vienna      Art Orchestra<\/a> <\/strong><br \/><em>&#8220;American Rhapsody&#8221; <\/em><br \/><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"1\">RCA Victor <\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><\/p>\n<p>      Guest artist Joe Lovano&#8217;s heart-wrenching rendition of &#8220;But Not For Me&#8221; is the      year&#8217;s finest moment on record. It is worth the price of the CD itself. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><a name=\"Anthony Wilson\"><strong>Anthony      Wilson <\/strong><\/a><br \/><em>&#8220;Goat Hill Junket&#8221;<\/em> <br \/><\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"1\">MAMA Records <\/font><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-face:verdana; font-size:10pt\"><\/p>\n<p>      One of my few indulgences in life is to lay in my hammock in my backyard and smoke a nice,      robust cigar, accompanied by a demanding single malt scotch or a rich merlot. So      consequently, I am always on this endless quest to find the suitable music to support my      very expensive habit. And thus, &#8220;Goat Hill Junket&#8221; has passed my ultimate test,      it is cigar worthy. It should be required listening for all music lovers and offers a      brilliant glimpse into the music of the finest young guitarist to hit the scene in years. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font face=\"Verdana\" color=\"#0000FF\">&#8211; <a href=\"#ttop\">TOP<\/a> &#8211;<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font face=\"Verdana\">  <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a name=\"More\"\/><em><font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\" color=\"#000000\">I love      lists and in a year that had more fine releases than any other that I can remember, I had      to include a &#8220;If I Had Another Suitcase&#8221; list.
