Sounds of Timeless Jazz

As one of the most popular musicians in the world today, Kenny G has become the biggest selling instrumental musician with global sales exceeding more than 75 million albums. Over the past decades he has been a fixture in arenas, amphitheaters, and concert halls performing for millions of fans.

Kenny G first gained notoriety after years of playing with Barry White's Love Unlimited Orchestra and Jeff Lorber's Fusion. He signed with Arista Records in 1982 and released KENNY G., G-FORCE, and GRAVITY to widespread critical acclaim and commercial success. However, his breakthrough moment came with an appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1988. He performed "Songbird" from his mega-hit DUOTONES and the next day he was a household name.

Fortune smiled on Kenny G several more times with his subsequent studio albums SILHOUETTE and BREATHLESS, both huge hits with the latter featuring the Grammy Award winning single "Forever In Love." It sold over 12 million copies, making it the biggest selling instrumental record in United States history!

Kenny G has since performed with hundreds of musicians whose work spans the entire musical spectrum. Be it soul searching with Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston and Natalie Cole or dueting in an Italian countryside with opera star Andrea Bocelli, Kenny G has made a great mark on music forever.  His latest recording RHYTHM AND ROMANCE features a tapestry of samba and salsa, ballads and bossa nova accompanied by some of the biggest names in contemporary Latin jazz.
