JazzUSA - New Mailing Address Please update your records as of 09/2009!
We went check our mailbox the other day and found the building where it is located locked! It turns out the mailbox store unexpectedly folded and the mailbox no longer exists! We put in a change of address but need you to update the address you send materials to: Jazz USA, PO BOX 17356, Portland OR 97217 if a previously sent package is returned please send it to our new address.
